Challenge
High flow rates had to be reliably delivered within a very short time. At the same time, high pressure loads occurred in the system.
Solution
Use of the largest D+P drum pump, the FP200-54, with an optimized pneumatic coupling for maximum flow rate.

Wetting of Machine Housings in Electric Drives

Challenge
The inner diameter of a motor housing, approximately 215 mm, had to be lubricated with precision. At the same time, contamination and material carryover had to be minimized.

Use of rotor lubrication units with extensive dosing tests under real-world conditions in the D+P test laboratory.
