Application
The HAV25 manual outlet valve is suitable for manual application of low to high viscosity media.
Description
The HAV25 manual outlet valve is based on our well-established AV25 outlet valve. The pneumatic part of the dosing valve is controlled by a pneumatic 5/2-way valve. Dosing is started by actuating the trigger. The dosing speed depends on the material pressure (medium). The design consisting of two separate parts prevents uncontrolled leakage of the medium into the pneumatic cylinder and thus prevents interference with the valve needle.
The size of the opening cross-section is regulated by the stroke adjustment of the valve needle. Sealing of the valve needle against the valve head space is provided by the nozzle seat set. The user-friendly design and the non-slip gripping surface enable uncomplicated and quick handling and are ideal for use with balancer.
