Operation
The dosing station is easy to operate: The component is inserted into the lower half shell, the grease jaw is fed by pulling the lever and the metering process is triggered when the end position is reached.
Greasing result
The preset dosing quantity is applied to the component cleanly and with repeat accuracy. This produces a very uniform grease pattern, depending on the customer‘s requirements as individual grease spots or as a closed bead or surface.
Dosing head
A wide variety of components can be greased using different adapters. The dispensing heads are designed by our experienced engineers with regard to compo-nent tolerances, the desired grease quantity and the properties of the grease type used. Thus, we achieve a maximum high-quality greasing result with minimum carry-over.
