The tray palletizer from D+P is suitable for various loading and unloading tasks. The system can be extended by an intermediate position, which enables a partial inspection or NIO discharge position.

The basic structure consists of a stable aluminum profile tube frame. This is clad with Makrolon panes and powder-coated sheets.
The dimensions are: 1460 x 1060 x 2200 mm
Process description
- Loading and unloading side equipped with tray trolley (optionally also with infeed and outfeed conveyor to increase the autonomy time)
- Manual insertion of the tray trolley into the station
- Tray is transferred from loading side to cycle axis
- Cycle axis positions the tray to the optional handling axis
- Placement or removal of parts into or from the tray
- Empty/filled trays are stacked on the removal side
